Bear Paws, Santa, and TV's
Today was the Agfa christmas party for the families with kids. It was really a lot of fun! They had a face painting section, arts and crafts, a musician, and Santa! When we were gearing Arthur up to go, I asked him if he thought there might be christmas cookies at the party. His answer was: "Nope, Bear Paws" (They're soft snack cookies that come individually wrapped, we bring them out and about all the time) So I just said ok, and didn't think anything of it. When we got to the party, and inevitably the snack table, did they have christmas cookies? Nope, Bear Paws. That kid must be psychic! The party was a huge hit for Arthur, even though he was really shy at first. He did line up to see Santa again and faithfully asked for those Chuggington toys again. Thank goodness we bought those early as they've been out of stock every time I've seen them in a store ever since! Felix conked out for a big chunk of the party but he got in on the Santa action too. After the party the boys were pretty drained but held up well as we went to three different stores to look at TV's. We have been talking about buying a new flatscreen TV on boxing day and so we've been going out and about to compare models and prices. And this concluded our day today:
